In May, Harry Varvarian from HMV Homes registered one of the first (if not, the first!) Multiplex with a Garden Suite Condominium in the City of Toronto. This development, along with other residential infill developments, contributes to addressing the "Missing Middle" and provides housing options in communities. At Batory Urban Planning & Project Management, we are glad to have been part of the team that delivered a significant milestone in the City's "Expanding Housing Options in Neighbourhoods" (EHON) initiative, and an exceptional project from HMV Homes.

We need more unique housing options instead of the typical suburban townhouse or subdivision. It’s a fresh of breath air to have some flexibility in designing housing units to suit the needs of various neighborhoods
