It was a great week at Superventure, with the highlight being sharing the stage with Mohadeseh A., Jonathan Biggs, Frederic Court and Jessica Schultz. We discussed all things Early Stage Investing in Europe, including: - How can emerging managers attract LP capital through being more niche, whether geographically, categorically or by their background (e.g. science). - Posing the question whether Paris, CEE, and Nordics are displacing London as the prominent location for VC (not yet but edging towards it!). - Understanding the norms in emerging manager fundraising, and whether GPs should raise, postpone or contract their fund target size. - Creative ways to generate DPI in this environment (Secondaries, etc).
