I’ve been sick since Sunday, and while it’s never fun to feel unwell, I can’t help but think about how much worse it could have been if I wasn’t already living a healthy lifestyle. Taking care of your body—through regular exercise, proper nutrition, and adequate rest—doesn’t just make you look good; it prepares you for moments like this. A strong immune system, built over time, is your greatest ally when illness strikes. For me, being sick hasn’t been easy, but knowing my body is healthy enough to fight has given me peace of mind. If I wasn’t taking care of myself, this could have been a lot scarier. This is your reminder: don’t wait until you’re unwell to prioritize your health.
