Project to Strengthen Indonesia's Energy Transition Kicks Off! We’re excited to announce the launch of the Energy Transition Business and Change Management Project, led by the Southeast Asia Energy Transition Partnership (Southeast Asia Energy Transition Partnership ), empowering Indonesia’s State Electricity Company (PLN Indonesia Power) to lead the nation's shift to cleaner energy! The project focuses on building a diverse talent pool equipped with the skills to guide the transformation of Indonesia's electricity sector. Through capacity-building and change management programmes, PLN aims to close skill gaps in the clean energy transition, create new business opportunities, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Supported by a consortium of international and local partners: Aquatera Ltd; Center for Human Resource Development for Electricity, New and Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation (PPSDM KEBTKE); Heriot-Watt University (HWU); and Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), this project is a key step in advancing Indonesia’s commitment to climate action. #decarbonisation #energytransition #climateaction
