There is an ever increasing volume of scams, Cyber fraud & mail fraud occurring with much of it being done by inside members of the postal system or respective organizations and even by unsuspecting fellow employees who simply don't know what they are clicking on despite spam ware, anti-phishing software etc. Recently victim to such an event, I now find myself asking the big question, what is the most effective way to pay vendors? Each process has its' own weakness or vulnerability. I pose this question to my peers, what procedures / processes do you utilize? Which have you found to be the most secure way or form of payments to vendors & contractors? Thanks
