It's not your users' job to understand the technology. It's your job to teach them. Too often training doesn't work because the trainer doesn't take the time to speak in a language the user understands. They train from a place of their understanding. And manage to confuse everyone within minutes of "jumping right in." Instead, make sure your training is: Clear enough a child could understand. Concise enough that people will stay engaged. Relevant enough that people will care. If you can do those three things, you're more likely to see success with your tech trainings. #training #technology #pktech

YES, I DID IT! 💪 Alhamdulillah! I want to take a moment to reflect on how far I’ve come and share my experiences from this course. Throughout the training, I gained invaluable skills, and I’d like to highlight a few key takeaways. One of the most interesting aspects was learning how the binary system works. It’s fascinating to see how this foundational concept underpins all of modern technology. There were moments of struggle, particularly in grasping how applications are created and function under the hood, but overcoming these challenges was incredibly rewarding. During the training, I was able to: - Assemble a computer from scratch - Choose and install an operating system - Understand the Internet , how it functions, and its impact on the modern world - I Learned how applications are developed - Utilize problem-solving methodologiesand essential soft skills in IT This entire learning journey took me roughly 26 hours, and I am excited to apply these skills in my future endeavors! #LearningJourney #TechSkills #ITSupport #ContinuousLearning
