Throwback to a conversation that still moves my soul! 🩵 I’ll never forget the day I sat down with the remarkable Brandi Harvey on the Redefining Grief Podcast 🎙️ That episode wasn’t just a conversation, it was a healing experience. We talked about the kind of growth that only happens when you’re brave enough to let go... when you finally say goodbye to relationships, habits, and spaces that no longer serve you. And let me tell you — saying a healthy goodbye is hard. It’s easy to stay where it feels familiar. It’s easy to keep holding on because the thought of releasing feels like losing. But Brandi reminded me that losing can be a powerful act of winning — if we’re courageous enough to trust the process 💪🏾 She opened up so vulnerably about how her life shifted after getting fired, how silent meditation forced her to sit with herself in the hardest ways, and how she learned to redefine commitment, not as a feeling but as a sacred agreement with herself to become better. I felt that deep in my spirit! I remember the tears welling up as she shared the pain of confronting silence — the raw ache of being alone with your thoughts when there’s nowhere left to run. But in that stillness, she found clarity. She found healing. She found herself 🙌🏾 We talked about the lies we tell ourselves, the way we cling to things that deplete us, and the belief that if we let go, we might never receive anything better. And yet, when we do, when we finally release — we create space for the miraculous ✨ If you’ve been struggling to say goodbye to something — a relationship, a version of yourself, or even the fear that keeps you small, I urge you to listen to this episode 🎧 It’s not just a podcast; it’s a message you might not even know your heart needs yet. Let me know how this conversation speaks to you. I’m holding space for you! ❤️ #RedefiningGriefPodcast #BrandiHarvey #HealingJourney #SelfGrowth #WellnessWisdom #HealthyGoodbyes #BeyondHer #PersonalDevelopment #EmotionalHealing #LetGoToGrow #InnerHealing
