My week summarized 🙌🌎 I wanted to share a quick overview of my week, highlighting the key experiences and insights gained. This week, I traveled to Berlin to collaborate face-to-face with my JACKS beauty line team, a quarterly practice that spans 3 intense days. Our in-person meeting included a team breakfast and a cutting workshop led by Miriam’s husband, Christian, enhancing our processes of AI technology. Additionally, a management workshop on learning from Q1 and strategizing for the upcoming month brought new perspectives and strategic developments. And the biggest highlight, Miriam Jacks and Lisa Buchholz signed a contract for a new JACKS beauty line office, which will be filled with all the spirite of the brand soon! The week wasn't just about work; I also had a meaningful dinner with my colleague Selina Calvin fostering personal and work-related connections. Returning home, I cherished the tranquility and focus my surroundings provide, balancing the intensity of face-to-face interactions with remote work. This balance fuels my productivity and creativity, setting the stage for upcoming projects and our upcoming team retreat in Marbella. Reflecting on Q1, we not only met but exceeded our targets, paving the way for exciting new projects and collaborations. I'm grateful for my incredible team and excited for the future endeavors ahead. Stay tuned for some exciting updates coming soon! Wishing you all a rejuvenating weekend.
