If you’ve ever wondered whether your voice really matters in the room, you’re not alone. Here’s what I tell myself—and every woman I coach.
The doubt is real, especially in spaces where we feel like outsiders or the “only one.” But here’s a truth worth holding onto: Your voice brings perspectives no one else can.
For the women I coach, owning their voice often feels daunting. So, I encourage them (and myself) to remember:
It’s Not Just for You: Every time you speak up, you’re representing more than yourself. You’re paving the way for others to feel seen, heard, and valued.
Your Story is Power: Bring your experiences, your insights, and even your questions to the table. They add layers that enrich the conversation.
So, if you’re feeling hesitant, remember this: you belong, you add value, and the room needs what only you can offer.
How are you ensuring your voice is part of the conversation?
