Men’s fitness targets I’ve seen posted: - 265 squat - 225 bench - 315 deadlift - Fists to floor - 400m in 75 sec - 10 strict pull-ups - 6:30 mile / 4:00 km - 50 consecutive push-ups Is this reasonable for all men 18-50? I'd be surprised if more than 1 in 500 men could do this.. Most will be less than 3, some around 5, very few all 8. If you want a good barometer of 'overall health' in a man, look at how many of these you can do. To improve, work at one section at a time e.g. 'increasing strength season'. It's much easier to maintain a standard and build the next Than to build on multiple fronts at once. Fixate on your goal and don't add any other shit til it's achieved.
