Joining Beedie 10 years ago, we'd like to take a moment today to congratulate Jorden Dawson on his promotion to Executive Vice-President, Industrial Development. As a driving force for the growth of our Alberta office, Jorden has been integral in guiding our Alberta team and building lasting relationships with suppliers, brokers, business owners, and community members. He has also been heavily involved in our investments and first projects in Nevada, and making significant contributions to the growth of our Toronto office and the expansion of our industrial presence across the GTA. Thank you for your commitment to supporting our team and congratulations on this major milestone!
