I am here today with Pentland Medical at the Difficult Airway Society annual conference being held in the Guild Hall, London. We are sharing our draft report on the findings relating to surgical airway device securement. We are advocating for professionals to use a licenced product rather than the unlicenced tapes and ties. The report is a culmination of a years work through surveys, focus groups and freedom of information requests from NHS trusts. Our short life working group met yesterday and the responses from colleagues will be included in the report and the final document will be available to download - watch this space.
