I genuinely believe in the importance of all-employee events, such as the Leadership Squad forums where each unit presents its milestones and their greatest achievements from the past months. I was very proud of my colleagues as they highlighted several collaborative projects that demonstrates the true power of our agile operation. Our most recent campaign includes the notion of #tuning, which is implemented in our very own TV series, Hungarians to Mars. Besides encouraging everyone to watch it, I am happy that our achievements and company results are visible not only to our surroundings but also from greater distances. In the constantly changing environment it is extremely important to develop our skills to adopt and continuously reflect on our achievements. I am proud that the work of my colleagues at Telekom HU is also acknowledged by external benchmarks and through the recognition of other natcos within the Deutsche Telekom Group. Let the new motto, "Get Telekom to the Mars!" motivate us throughout the year!
