𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗼𝗴𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘀: I am immensely proud that this year's iteration of Denmark's largest book festival 'Bogforum' achieved a new attendance record, welcoming over 43,000 guests. To be precise, 43,258 visitors, reflecting an audience growth of nearly 11% compared to 2023. This cements Bogforum’s position as one of the largest literary festivals in the Nordics and marks yet another successful step in Bellagroup’s strategic commitment to developing our own event formats. Our work in creating and hosting our own events stems from a long-standing ambition to foster physical communities across a wide range of genres. In recent years, we've seriously powered up the development of this ambition with a dedicated team we call 'Bella Presents'. They work daily to bring fresh perspectives to well-known formats and launch new events. Bogforum and Copenhagen Gaming Week are two strong examples: the former now in its 34th year, while the latter will take place for only the second time this coming February. Both attract substantial audiences and embody a unique festival approach to bringing people together. A huge thank you goes out to the entire team behind Bogforum, especially Festival Director, Andreas Nordkild Poulsen, and Director of Bella Presents, Nicole Bellaiche, for their hard work and dedication, which made this impressive growth possible. This also extends to the many talented colleagues from every corner of Bella Center Copenhagen and Bellagroup.
