The ZNN-D6B digital rotary viscometer has been changed from traditional mechanical transmission to microcontroller control, resulting in more stable data over long-term use. Rheological parameters can be measured at six speeds, and rheological curves can be drawn based on multi-point measurement values to determine the flow pattern of the liquid during the flow process. Suitable calculation formulas can be selected to accurately measure non Newtonian fluids for on-site research and analysis of drilling fluid rheological parameters. At the same time, a series of technical parameters such as dynamic, static shear force, flowability index, and viscosity coefficient can be determined. Describing the need for resistive biasing in Common Emitter and how to achieve the different biasing Resistive biasing plays a crucial role in common emitter amplifier circuits by establishing the transistor's operating point, known as the quiescent point (Q-point). This ensures the transistor operates within its active region, enabling linear amplification without distortion. Two primary types of resistive biasing configurations exist for common emitter amplifiers: Fixed Bias configuration In this setup, a fixed voltage bias is applied to the base-emitter junction through a resistor linking the base to a voltage source (VBB). Typically, the emitter is grounded, and a resistor (RE) is connected between the emitter and ground to stabilize the Q-point. The Q-point is established at the intersection of the load line and the DC load line on the transistor characteristic curves. Voltage Divider Bias configuration In this arrangement, a voltage divider network comprising two resistors, R1 and R2, is employed to supply the base bias voltage (VBB). The three-phase inverter is compounded by three legs. Each leg contains two electronic switches that are arranged in such a way that create a half-bridge topology. Therefore, current can flow in both directions to and from the legs. The electronic switches can be either power MOSFETs or IGBTs. Current MOSFET and IGBT manufacturing technologies have allowed digital controllers to take advantage of Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) techniques to control the amount of energy applied to each coil. The most common techniques used are sinusoidal modulation, third-harmonic modulation and Space Vector Modulation (SVM). These PWM techniques are suitable to operate the electronic switches in saturation mode, which helps to increase system efficiency. In order to determine the amount of current flowing through the coils, a shunt resistor is required on each coil.

We used a paper clip and graphite sheet to do an electrical conductivity experiment. Please watch below video from Dasen. Graphite sheet is widely used as conductive materials in the electronics industry. Because graphite sheet has good electrical conductivity, it can be used as a conductive film of copper foil circuit board.
