YES-vember, Day 1: A Month of Saying YES to Growth Today marks three years since I joined Point B full-time, and I’m using this milestone to kick off YES-vember. I know many people use NOvember as a chance to slow down and focus on saying “no” to the things that don’t serve them. While there’s real value in setting boundaries and saying no when needed, I’m choosing a different approach this month: YES-vember. For YES-vember, I’m saying YES—yes to posting daily, yes to raising my hand for new opportunities, yes to stretching myself, learning, and growing. Growth isn’t always about being the smartest or the best. Sometimes, it’s simply about showing up, trying, and adapting along the way. So for the next 30 days, I’ll be sharing insights on Learning & Development, leadership, and personal growth, all grounded in a commitment to embrace the unknown and keep moving forward.
