This guide offers vital insights and practical steps for donors, beneficiaries, and policymakers to navigate and enhance cross-border giving. 🌐 Key Highlights: 🔹 Tax incentives for donations to foreign NPOs available in 26 Member States. 🔹 Comparability-based tax incentives in 24 Member States. 🔹 Registration as a foreign-based NPO possible in 15 Member States. Despite the concepts of free trade and a single market economy in the EU, challenges remain for cross-border philanthropy; such as legal complexities and costs. Our new guide aims to break down these barriers, fostering greater European solidarity and innovation in the nonprofit sector. 🌟🤝 This resource is now available to support NPOs and philanthropists across Europe.
