When to ask the ICE questions? There is no official guidance but, If you’re a GP/FCP with limited time it may need to be asked early on. If you’ve got more time, then saving it for later on after you’ve built rapport & trust may get you a more honest answer. It also may also come up naturally in conversation. What are you thoughts? I was on a podcast this week, and the host asked: "How do you know what the best membership model is for you?" The truth? Most people ask this way too early. The real process starts with a simple system: - Who do you want to help? - What problem are you solving for them? - How will you solve it, what will they actually need? Then, validate the idea first before jumping into implementation. The feedback you receive will make the best model feel quite obvious. Clarity comes from action, not overthinking.
