2024: A Year of Experiences, Learnings and Gratitude. As we step into 2025, I had taken a moment to look back 2024, a year filled with challenges, valuable lessons, and personal growth. One of my strongest takeaways this year was the power of resilience. There were moments when setbacks looked unavoidable, but embracing change and staying adaptable helped me overcome challenges and grab the experiences and learning for my next steps. Another key lesson was the power of collaboration. I experienced how much more we can achieve and learn when we unite, share insights, and uplift one another. The first step is often to open up, discuss, ask for help, share your experiences, embrace the differences. These lessons have been equally relevant in personal life, especially  when raising a teen in this ever evolving technology time. Rather its new lesson each day :) As we just moved into 2025, looking forward to apply these lessons: staying resilient, collaborating, reaching my small goals and continuing to evolve both personally and professionally. A heartful thank you to everyone who has supported me directly or indirectly in 2024. Wishing you all a prosperous and fulfilling 2025. New Year, time to write a new chapter…

I felt I might be too junior to take up this responsibility but there was one thing which I knew, Clazar needs people heavy on execution!! AND I knew I can be good at it :) After spending 8000+ minutes on multiple conversations with an amazing team here. My learnings that could help you as well : ✅ Never Hesitate to ask for help! You cannot be master of everything. ✅ Be Humble and make sure to leave every conversation with a positive note. ✅ Under Commit , Over Perform ✅ Take High Ownership. It's fine to not know things, but its worse to not even giving an attempt ✅ This one comes from our CEO Trunal B. - No one in the world is short on Bandwidth. In 2024, we launched two sites at Governors Island and the Brooklyn Navy Yards, introduced our product Cycleau at 17 events across three countries, and developed new features for solar power and smart water quality monitoring. This year, we’ve got two new commercial launches lined up❗and events across another three countries (stay tuned). 🙌Thank you 2024! 🙌What a year?! 2024 was my first year of running DAMA Talent Solutions. 🙌Firstly, thank you! Thank you to everyone of my partners, supporters, ex colleagues, champions and mentors. I am so grateful for all of the support I have had this year. DAMA wouldn’t be possible with just me. 🙌Why DAMA? Knowing I could help people, gave me the push to create DAMA.
