Post Office 'set to close 115 branches' in attempt to repair finances https://lnkd.in/eg7USxmN Sent via @updayUK 🤔 📫🏤 They changed (without making the public aware) the maximum compensation for 'Signed For' parcels from £50 to £20 a few months ago. To get more, the parcel has to be sent 'Special Delivery' I have never heard of any nation without post offices. 💡 Bad is like none💡 They are only giving other carriers free license to become firmly established. 🙄 Like the NHS, the UK 🇬🇧 is giving away the Postal Services.📫 🤔 "The Post Office is reportedly shifting to a franchise model but plans to keep the number of postmasters stable. There is no information yet on which branches will close." It's a case of 'from frying pan into fire'. Who runs most Post Offices in the UK 🇬🇧? And most people that work there❓
