Are you early in your sales/entrepreneurship career and interested in learning how to sell and grow a SaaS business? Maybe you're an SDR who wants career acceleration or a new AE who has aspirations of starting your own business someday and wants to get in the trenches of an earlier-stage business. I'm looking to hire our first Account Executive who will own new customer growth at Ad Reform. Someone who's a lot like I was early in my sales career: - Hungry to learn, improve, win and help - Entrepreneurial - Relentless, resourceful, and creative The top of our funnel is too much for me to handle part-time (I wear a lot of hats). Too many opportunities are falling through the cracks, and we need someone to help us level up here. Our product has never been better, and we have some new products on the way. We have net-negative churn, and every growth metric is at an all-time high. We're launching a re-brand and new website by the end of the year. The timing is right. This person needs to have SaaS or adtech sales experience. I'd love for this person to be based in North America, but I'm not opposed to hiring outside of that geo (we have people in the US, Brazil, Portugal, and the Philippines). This will likely not be a fit for a Mid-level or a Senior AE (ie. people with 5+ years of experience). DM me if you're interested or know anyone who might be. Last week, our team had an "interesting" sales call. The prospect asked: “Why should I switch to your solution?” Our Account Executive, full of confidence, replied: “Because we make pricing smarter and revenue higher. It’s like upgrading from a flip phone to a smartphone!” Solid analogy, right? Except… 📞 The prospect paused. 📞 Then they chuckled and said, “I still use a flip phone.” 📞 We all froze. Cue the longest 5 seconds of silence in sales history. 😳 Luckily, the AE recovered like a pro: “Well, then it’s like switching from instant coffee to a barista-made espresso ☕ . Everyone loves an upgrade!” 🔥 Deal closed. Now, we need more AEs (because with fired 🔥 the one mentioned above) who can think on their feet, adapt to any situation, and most importantly handle unexpected flip phone moments with humour and confidence.
