𝗗𝗼 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 Last week, I had the chance to step off script (literally) during an Entrepreneurship Improshow. It was my first time doing one. But there’s always something new to learn. The session was part of the Strategic Management course in the Master’s in Tourism Business Management at CETT_UB Tourism & Hospitality, Education/Research 💡 The goal was to inspire the students at CETT by sharing our journey at Be Origen and how we connect rural communities with people through craftsmanship. What followed was a fascinating conversation about the “why” and “what for” behind everything we do. It was the most unexpected questions that led us to the real insights: the core values that drive a project and the personal motivations that keep us going. What’s your IKIGAI? ➡️ The one that aligns with my values and traditions. What were the biggest challenges you faced as an entrepreneur? ➡️ Beyond imagination. What’s your ideal job? ➡️ The one I have right now. Because at the end of the day, entrepreneurship isn’t just about what we build; it’s about how we connect it with the people around us. I’m proud and excited to see so many students interested in interning at Be Origen and eager to help grow the team.
