After an exciting week of collaboration, knowledge sharing and innovation boosting, the 4th Nordea #Hackathon has come to an end.   🔸 This year's main theme of the event - an Engineering Excellence - had many dimensions and the heart of it was about being great at solving problems in a way that makes us proud of technical craftsmanship. It was all about being passionate about technical stuff, which wouldn’t be possible without creativity, precision, and being fluent in the best engineering practices. It was super tough job for me and other Jury Members to chose the winner.   🔸But the journey towards Engineering Excellence doesn’t end with the Hackathon, it is just the beginning. Our commitment to innovation means that promising projects from the Hackathon will have the opportunity to evolve and become reality.   🔸We strongly believe that the spirit of collaboration, that defined the Nordea #Hackathon2024, will continue to flourish and as we look to the horizon, we envision the impact of these innovations extending within our organization. We are excited about the future, where these ideas will continue to flourish and change the way we work.   🔸Congratulations to all participants, winners, audience members and contributors! But as we talked, something powerful became clear. This wasn’t just about a business pitch. 💡 It was a moment of transformation. What emerged was a mission—a call to shine a light on neurodiversity awareness. It wasn’t just about what ND Axon Limited is building but why it matters: the untapped brilliance of neurodivergent minds and the need for a world that recognizes their value. Weeks later, this talk found its way to Warner Bros. Discovery HQ in London, where it sparked new conversations and opened eyes to the power of inclusion.
