Did this advertisement make the phone ring? Are the right people calling? Is there a good ROI on this investment? Do you have systems to make the sale when the right person calls? Are your customer service skills on point to keep that customer so they tell others of their great experience? Use seasonal visual cues to increase CTR (ensure they're still relevant & on-brand) 2. Speak to current pains you know the audience has. 3. Position your product/service as a timely solution. 4. Clicks don't measure performance. Swipes do. Once a consumer pays attention to your ad, how do you (i.e. brand) capture their intent? Clicks are no longer an effective measurement due to the prevalence of click fraud and consumer apathy. Answer: Create the space for consumers to return to your ads for later by swiping. This is a behaviour that's evolved over time yet has been neglected as it doesn't drive immediate results. We should remember that advertising doesn’t exist to make you buy a product right away; it exists to embed subtle impressions that will drive sales at a later date. Most businesses design their ads for the mythical "perfect customer"—the one who's already convinced, wallet out, ready to buy. Ladies and Gentlemen… This is a tiny fraction of your market. Screaming “buy now” in all of your marketing will only appeal to this tiny fraction, and will scare away the rest. To attract more customers, you need to lower that action threshold in your ads.
