Today is World AIDs day ❤ To commemorate this, we are sharing the Birmingham AIDs and HIV memorial, which was unveiled on this day in 2022. The memorial commemorates all the lives lost to AIDs and HIV. Over 100,000 people are living with HIV in the UK today, and due to advances in medicine, it is now treatable and those diagnosed can live a long, healthy life. Despite this, there is still a lot of stigma and misunderstandings around AIDs and HIV.
