Learn why a picture my not be worth a thousands words. In the case of the MRI, the taking of a picture of a structural abnormality like a herniated disc, stenosis, arthritis or a meniscal tear at the time of pain does not mean that this is the cause of the pain being experienced. Watch this video to understand the difference between taking a picture and understanding the symptoms that are present and which has greater accuracy in identifying the cause of the symptoms. Then you are ready to get the Yass Method For Pain-Free Movement. It is the only diagnostic and treatment that interprets the body's presentation of symptoms to identify the tissue in distress eliciting the symptoms In more than 98% of cases the cause has been shown to be muscular, even when positive findings were identified on an MRI. Did you know that the fracture repair process has four stages: inflammation, soft callus formation, hard callus formation, and remodeling? It's pretty cool that low-intensity pulsed ultrasound treatment (LIPUS) can speed up healing at every stage, especially when used consistently throughout the process. It's amazing how technology like LIPUS can help with the healing process. Learn more at: https://ow.ly/7kmk50SqmcJ

VOMS is great for getting baseline symptom levels and can be used as a recheck for progress, along with other measures such as Buffalo Concussion Treadmill Test (vitals response and not just symptoms) as well as dual task assessment. What are your favorites for concussion assessment?
The VOR test is a component of the Vestibular Ocular Motor Screening (VOMS) assessment that may be helpful in diagnosing concussion. The Vestibular-Ocular reflex allows for clear vision and gaze fixation when the head moves. The VOR test assesses your ability to keep your eyes focused and steady as your head moves (Treleaven et al. 2023). A metronome should be used to keep the beat of your head turning at 180bpm. If the patient is unable to maintain a speed of 180 bpm, then the metronome can be slowed down and record the maximum beats that can be maintained. The VOR test is done in both the horizontal and vertical planes.
