𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 Individually, we are a drop of water, but together we make an ocean. One can be a crucial ingredient in a team, but one cannot make a team. Fight for the things you care about but do it in a way that will lead others to join you. Coming together is a beginning, staying together is a progress, and working together is a success. The best partnerships aren't dependent on a mere common goal, but on a shared path of equality, desire, and passion no matter how little. Just one great partnership with the right person can have an impact on someone else life. #inspiringlives #valuepreneurs #wotdotv

Just a little reflection on Humanity: Humanity thrives when we embrace diversity, recognizing that our differences are not divisions, but strengths. The beauty of being human lies in our ability to grow through understanding, to reach out when others need us, and to stand together in times of challenge. When we choose compassion over indifference, we elevate not just ourselves, but society as a whole. ✍ Humanity at it's core is about connection. It is about the bonds we form with one another, and the recognition that, regardless of our backgrounds or circumstances, we all seek the same basic things: love, respect, and the opportunity to live with dignity. By treating each other with kindness, we honor the shared human experience and contribute to a world where empathy becomes our greatest tool for change. ✍ Humanity’s greatest power is not found in wealth or technology, but in our ability to extend kindness to others. True progress comes when we realize that compassion, respect, and understanding are the building blocks of a peaceful and just society. It is our shared humanity that calls us to care for the vulnerable, to speak for the voiceless, and to leave the world better than we found it. 👍 Humanity isn’t defined by our differences, but by our commonalities as well as the desire to love, to be understood, to create, and to make the world a better place for those who follow. In the end, it is the acts of kindness, large and small, that shape the legacy of our human story. When we come together with a spirit of unity and compassion, we honor the very essence of what it means to be human. ✊ Ruth, your HR with visions.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡: 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 We often think that today’s youth is all about #screens and #gadgets, but I recently witnessed something that completely shattered that stereotype. A get-together organized by 16-year-old Shimolee proved just how driven and capable young people can be. It wasn't just any gathering—it was a 𝒈𝒂𝒅𝒈𝒆𝒕-𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆 event where we spent quality time together, embracing the beauty of being present in the moment. The day was filled with 𝒑𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 blended with 𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏-𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒔, sparking creativity, energy, and most importantly, #connection. The atmosphere was electric, reminding us all that when young minds come together with a common goal, magic happens. Shimolee's #leadership showed us that youth isn't defined by carelessness but by the 𝒑𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒕𝒐 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅, 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒆, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆. It’s time we start recognizing the immense power #youngleaders have to shape a better society. With more Shimolees stepping up, there’s no doubt that the 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 #𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 . 🌍 #YouthLeadership #Empowerment #GadgetFree #SocialChange #YoungLeaders #PhysicalWellbeing #MentalWellbeing #CommunityImpact #Inspiration

“ You have to do it by yourself and you can’t do it alone” very simple but #deep - for me it is taking #ownership of your responsibilities and work diligently to achieve your #goals. However, you need to recognize the importance of #teamwork, #cooperation, and leveraging the expertise and resources of others to accomplish larger objectives. #Collaboration, #communication, and teamwork are essential for driving #innovation and achieving collective success in your business environment. While in other hand it also reflects the #interconnectedness of individuals and communities in addressing challenges and creating positive change. this could mean that individuals must take initiative and action to improve their own circumstances, but they also need the #assistance and #advocacy of others to address #inequalities, and build a more #inclusive and #equitable society. By working together and supporting each other, we can create a stronger, more resilient community where everyone has the #opportunity to #thrive. What it means to you ?

Dear Members, In light of the recent race riots in the UK and the subsequent surge of related content on social media, Lapidus International Writing Group feels it is both necessary and urgent to address these developments within the context of our commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and our ethical responsibilities. We are deeply saddened and concerned by the events that have unfolded, which have laid bare the persistent issues of racial inequality and injustice within our society. As writers, facilitators, and advocates for the healing power of words, we have a unique role to play in responding to these challenges with thoughtfulness, compassion, and a commitment to justice. Social media, while a powerful tool for raising awareness and mobilising action, can also become a breeding ground for misinformation, hostility, and division. We must be vigilant in how we engage with these platforms, ensuring that our contributions promote understanding, solidarity, and constructive dialogue. Lapidus International reaffirms our dedication to fostering spaces that are inclusive and respectful of all voices, particularly those that have been historically marginalised. We encourage our members to use their writing and facilitation skills to amplify the narratives of those affected by racial violence and to advocate for systemic change. As we navigate these difficult times, let us remain united in our shared purpose to support one another and to contribute positively to the broader societal conversation. Our collective efforts can help to heal wounds, challenge injustices, and build a more equitable future for all. Lucy Windridge-Floris and Mel Perry Co-chairs Lapidus International

There is SO much we can learn from the generations around us. The wisdom from this middle schooler, Aditi Rao, will enrich your perspective. She says it best, "Accessibility isn't just about ramps and elevators, it's about opening doors, hearts, and minds...Ideas can change everything." #Accessibility #GenerationalLearning #LifelongLearning #YouthLeaders #DisabilityAdvocacy

A couple of weeks ago, I shared a post about how I attended Aditi Rao’s TEDx Youth talk, and how it impacted me. Well, the official video has dropped, and I’m excited to share it with you all! It’s students like Aditi, who inspired us to launch Ablr Futures, a program designed to prepare students who are blind for the future of work! Because, this program isn’t just for the students, but equally important to all of the companies who are taking part in speaking and presenting to them, because companies need to be ready for rock stars like Aditi, who will shape the workforce of the future! I can’t be prouder of Aditi, and all she has accomplished in her young life, but also for what she is going to do in the future! I know she is destined for great things, because she has an amazing mother, Sowmya Rao , who has been the greatest supporter for our Ablr Futures program, and I can’t thank her enough! https://lnkd.in/eb6Mj3Sr #DisabilityInclusion #TEDx #Students #RockStar #FutureOfWork Ablr 360 District C
