Yet it is used in nearly every organisation day in and day out, usually because everyone is vague about what the business's north star objective is let alone how teams and individuals are gonna achieve it. This is why I love OKRs. These aren’t just buzzwords; they're a framework when used correctly provides laser-like focus and alignment at every level here the three levels on how to see them... 🏢 Organisational (Us): These OKRs are your bold, ambitious North Star. They should be audacious enough to light a fire under everyone, from the C-suite to the front line. 🤝 Team (We): This is where the magic happens. Turning visionary goals into real-world actions, team OKRs are about clarity and execution. No more wandering in the wilderness—teams know exactly what they're aiming for and how to measure success. 👤 Individual (Me): Here’s where employees find their meaning. Individual OKRs are more than just task lists; they're about meaningful contributions that resonate with the bigger picture.
