✨ Work & Health Webinar alert - Business Framework for Health: a system change approach to improve health through work and workplaces. Join me Wednesday 27th March from 12-1pm where I delve into the research underway with Business for Health cic on Work & Health, funded by the NIHR (National Institute for Health and Care Research). Although the research is focused in the UK, we have global challenges in recruitment, retention, and improvements in health and economic development. As we explore the role businesses and employers have to play in improving health, and the role they are already playing through the WHISPA network* (link below), we will uncover some of the challenges to collective action from a systems perspective. We don’t think there’s just an evidence gap, we think there’s an implementation gap. There will be ample time for questions and answers where you can contribute to our understanding of overcoming barriers to implementation.
