𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲! 👨🔬 Here are some pro tips to ensure you’re leveraging its full potential and optimizing your high-throughput screening (HTS) and sample analysis: 𝟭. 𝗨𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗮 𝟵𝟲-𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗣𝗶𝗽𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗧𝗦: When performing high-throughput screening, using a 96-channel pipetting head can significantly streamline your workflow. This method ensures uniform sample loading across all wells, improving consistency and throughput, and reducing the risk of pipetting errors. 𝟮. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝗶𝗽𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘀: If you’re working with a limited number of samples, manual pipetting is a great way to quickly set up your SpecPlate. This approach is efficient and effective, providing you with rapid results without the need for complex automation. It’s perfect for quick checks and smaller-scale experiments. 𝟯. 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: For enhanced precision, especially if you have at least three data points within your measuring range, apply the slope method. This technique helps in refining your data by accurately fitting a linear regression, thus ensuring that your measurements are reliable and reproducible. Want to learn more? Let's assume there's a process for which you're sure no previous documentation exist. What's the quickest way to create an SOP for it? I'd argue it might be asking the person responsible for the process to record a Loom video. If they're not particularly charismatic, just ask them to record their screen as they perform a task, adding commentary as needed but not making it a point to address all the possible nuances and edge cases. When you set the bar reasonably low like that, you can have the beginnings of an SOP in just the time it takes to run a process once (and share the resulting Loom). It'll still need work—and you might want to turn the transcript into a written SOP later—but it's the first step towards making that process no longer live exclusively in your team members' heads. If you're using Guru, you can easily embed Loom videos in Guru cards—see the screenshot for an example from our Guru database at ZenPilot. ⚙️ Read my full article on how to document Standard Operating Procedures: https://lnkd.in/d3PhSiGQ Have you ever tried using Loom to document SOPs? How did it go?

Problem 10 Day 10- Range query Hey connections, Today we'll look into Range query. Here's how we can solve the problem more efficiently. Explanation: 1. Sorting: Arrays.sort(people, (a, b) -> a[0] == b[0] ? a[1] - b[1] : b[0] - a[0]); This line sorts people primarily by height in descending order (b[0] - a[0]). If two people have the same height (a[0] == b[0]), it sorts them by their k-value in ascending order (a[1] - b[1]). 2. Insertion: for (final int[] p : people) ans.add(p[1], p); This loop goes through each person p in the sorted array and inserts them into the list ans at the index p[1]. This works because inserting a taller person first doesn't affect the relative positions of shorter people. 3. Conversion and Return: return ans.stream().toArray(int[][] ::new); Converts the ArrayList ans back into a 2D array and returns it. I hope the logic was easy for you to grasp. I am looking forward to teaching you guys problem-solving. HeyCoach #problemsolving #dsa #range #rightapproach #learning

#WALT_DISNEY Example (4/6) **Pivot Strategy in a Nutshell:** 1. **Pivot Line Position**: The position of the yellow dashed Pivot line indicates the equilibrium point between bids and asks. 2. **Significance of Area and Distance**: The larger the area and the greater the distance between the lines connected to the Pivot, the more significant their weight and meaning. 3. **Multiple Charts for Clarity**: I always display at least six charts with Pivots calculated in different positions. This approach makes it easier to interpret future price movements, as prices are influenced not only by the nearest Pivot but also by more distant Pivots, which carry greater importance. This is valid as long as prices stay within the area defined by the dashed lines. 4. **Direction Indication: The blue dashed arrow indicates the potential direction prices may take from that specific point. However, prices may change direction, for speculative reasons, upon encountering subsequent Support/Resistance lines. ** Pivot, Sup.,Res., and Target price in Chart: Given your considerable interest shown to me, again for the sake of curiosity I will show you how this new function, which I am testing, works on the different highs and lows. If it goes well, I can insert it into my "TradingAdvisor"

I am super excited to see how we can implement these tools in practice. I have already updated some of our processes to reflect this great update. https://lnkd.in/gJmWB7zm Anything we can be doing to make sure the people we work with are included in the behaviour support process is so important. Also, I have personally been using the 4-Ps formulation process for a long time, but this makes it a really simple process for newbies to this space as well. It seems to be a commonly forgotten process within behaviour support; but the formulation section of the plan is essential to understand everything that is happening for that person, why, when and with whom. Well, thought out and a step-by-step process for best-practice behaviour support. Would love to hear your thoughts on the Planning tool and how you are implementing it in your own practice.
