From navigating challenges to celebrating wins (and the occasional oops moments), this experience has shaped me in ways I’ll always cherish. Your support has been my compass through every twist and turn. 🫡 👨🔬 A heartfelt thanks to Prasanna Rajendran for his masterful orchestration and leadership that inspired me every step of the way. 🦸♂️ And Abhishek Paul for crafting a workplace culture where learning felt effortless and fun—thank you for making Kissflow feel like home. And your efforts to create such a vibrant workplace culture made every day memorable. 🤠 To my team, you’ve been my tribe (you know who you are—if we’ve shared a meme or a last-minute deadline panic, it’s you!) —through brainstorming sessions, wins (and lessons learned), and even sneakily celebrating those small wins with big cakes - thank you for your camaraderie, support, and shared victories. No photos to share from #Quirks2024, which is a pity given our booth looked mega-impactful, but a few reflections following an early morning walk over the fields with the fabulous Janine Arnold (she regularly helps me sort my thoughts just by listening - thanks, Jan): - The power of networking with other insight-driven agencies. The biggest value from the 2 days at #Quirks came from talking to and sharing issues with other agency owners, through conversations with Sarah Jenkins and Sophie Wright I have clarity on a few things and am feeling inspired about the possibilities discussed. - Meeting clients and agencies, new and old. It is always great to forge new connections (Grietje de Wit) but let's not forget how good it is to say hi to those you've worked with over the years but rarely get to see in person Jon Wadsworth Erica Fourie I could mention the talks, but I have already commented on the posts of the speakers that inspired and made me laugh. So I am choosing to leave it at these two simple takeouts that ladder up to the power of being with people in person and making connections. Nothing beats being in person. -
