Words can’t even express how much I love this program. If you haven’t heard of the BLAC Internship Program do your googles. They are creating such an important space for black talent to thrive and be discovered. I wouldn’t have been able this start my career with such momentum without this internship program. If you’re hiring or just looking to support the next generation of advertising talent, look into BLAC. If you’re able donate some time to mentor, join the support network, and pay your success forward. You never know how important it is to support the future until you actually tap in.

Who will win the AL and NL Cy Young Awards? In this post, I’ll introduce a new cumulative win value statistic, Paraball Wins Above Replacement, pWAR, in order to identify the most deserving candidates. pWAR incorporates a pitcher’s xwFIP and total innings pitched, with a baseline xwFIP of 5.50 representing "replacement level."
