4 years! How time flies! I was really surprised to see so many likes and so much positive feedback on LinkedIn this week. Before reading these messages, I wasn't even aware of our anniversary. Your support truly means a lot to us! We're thrilled to mark our 4th Double Loop anniversary in the market! At Double Loop, our mission has always been and will be to support our customers in exactly 4 dimensions: 1. Creating exceptional value for their customers 2. Selling the value to their customers incl value quantification and Value Selling trainings 3. Communicating the value across all media and touch points 4. Capturing the value with pricing to boost their profit. We do that with 20 very experienced dudes in 3 regions and 8 countries with more than 460 years of experience in commercial excellence and more than 450 years of experience in the chemical industry. And a lot of fun! A big thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey. Your support and trust have been instrumental in our success. Here's to many more years of collaboration and growth! Another big thank goes to Covid, which forced us to make the change from team steffenhagen to Double Loop. Actually, we took this crisis as a chance to do exactly 4 things: 1. We repositioned our business. 2. We sharpened our profile. 3. We focused it even more on value creation, value communication, value selling and value capture through pricing, and 4. We digitalized our marketing & sales support, including our digital sales enablement platforms, online training and coaching and blended learning formats. Discover more about what we do: double-loop.eu We are amazed by the feedback we are receiving. And we are looking forward to what is to come. Thanks to all our customers and their trust. Thanks to all our dudes. #Anniversary #ValueCreation #ValueSelling #ValueCommunication #PricingStrategy #DoubleLoop #BusinessGrowth

Wayne Gretzky famously said, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” So, what’s holding you back from taking a career risk? Last week, we wrapped up this year’s PointClickCare Women’s Mentorship Circle with a conversation led by Johnavi Gavini, MBA, focused on “Taking Career Risks.” One key question kept coming up: “What’s stopping you from moving forward?” I found myself reflecting on how timing plays such a big role in career decisions—whether it’s the timing of a new opportunity, major life events like going back to school or starting a family, or even aligning with personal career goals. Of course, fear of failure always lingers, but taking a calculated risk—where you’ve weighed the potential upsides—can often lead to big rewards. A few years ago, I took a big risk at PointClickCare when I left Professional Services to lead a Sales Ops team for an emerging market. Shortly after, I learned of an acquisition that meant my role would be folded into a new business unit. Suddenly, I found myself at the center of some very exciting learning opportunities, with a seat at the table to influence our growth. I embraced it with clear intention on my career goals (and the areas I needed to develop in). Since, each role I’ve taken has brought me closer to my goals. The lesson for me? Be crystal clear on what your career goals are—because it helps you decide if a new opportunity is the right one for you. In the end, it all comes down to this: "Control your own destiny, or someone else will." Shout out to Johnavi, Mahima, Beth, Georgina, and Jenna for the great conversations in this year’s mentorship circle. 👊🏼👩💻🚀

What a whirlwind of a weekend at The Product Folks Unconference '24 :D As we raise the bar every single time, here's a small BTS I'd love to share When we first sat down to plan this year’s UnConf, we had one clear mission: CREATE SOMETHING THE ECOSYSTEM HERE HAD NEVER EXPERIENCED. Curated for senior leaders to learn from the best of the best. Where unfiltered playbooks would be shared, helping to grow the entire ecosystem. And we landed on a format that was fun, yet packed with tactics you can apply from the get-go. Masterclasses. Workshops. Roundtables. Braindates. Panels. Firesides. The Exploration Trail and The Discovery Trail. While I'll keep the details for the folks who joined, here's one stat that stood out. We had folks from 5 countries and over 27 cities join us. Doubling down on going truly GLOBAL. And for folks at the back - I'll say it again - there's only one community you need to be part of cuz we're not stopping here. It's the season of curated dinners - and if you want to join in - drop in a note below :) #growtogether PS: Huge shout-out to the team. all the partners, the speakers, and everyone who came through - wouldn't have been possible without you <3

Celebrate Those Wins, Big and Small We often overlook the small victories on the path to big goals. But taking a moment to appreciate successes, no matter how small, provides key motivational boosts: 🏆 Why You Need to Celebrate Wins: →Big goals require long journeys with many steps →Only celebrating the final destination leads to burnout →Small wins are the building blocks to large achievements →Celebrating reinforces progress and gives psychological lifts 💪 What to Celebrate: →Landing a new client or finished project → Nailing a presentation or meeting a productivity goal →Checking every item off your daily to-do list →Any milestone or achievement, no matter how small 🥳 Simple Ways to Celebrate: →Treat yourself to a favorite beverage or snack →Take a walk outside to reset and refresh →Give yourself an inner pat on the back or high-five →Share and enjoy the win with a coworker or friend Don't wait for the big finale. Acknowledge the small steps along the way. Celebrating little wins: ✅ Provides regular boosts of positivity ✅ Confirms you're on the right track ✅ Maintains motivation and momentum ✅ Makes the overall journey more rewarding It's easy to get bogged down by everything that still needs to be done and all the obstacles in front of you. Having a big, ambitious goal is great, but the road to getting there is long and winding. Celebrating only once you reach the final destination, will leave you feeling burned out and lacking momentum. _________________________________________________ P.s.Congrats to all who registered for the FTA Program! You're on your way to achieving great things. For those who missed out this time, we apologize. The overwhelming number exceeded our planned capacity much sooner than anticipated, forcing us to close registration early. Thank you all for your enthusiasm. My Linkdeln family is the best😌😌. For those enrolled, prepare to take your skills and ambition to the next level. And for those who didn't make it this round, we hope you'll join us for the next exciting chapter! #sucees #successmindset #celebratewins #linkdelntoday

Let’s keep the momentum going and finish the month strong! 💪 Now, I’d love to hear from you! What’s been a highlight of your week? How do you stay energized and motivated?
