It's inspiring to see the proactive approach of India's Ministry of Mines in exploring global mining opportunities for essential minerals. However, as you rightly pointed out, amending regulatory provisions is crucial to attract investors with the latest technology for exploration and mineral beneficiation. This is a step in the right direction towards achieving resource diversity and self-reliance.

Besides scouting for overseas assets for critical mineral resources, the Ministry of Mines,GoI has taken steps to auction 28 nos of mineral blocks of various critical & strategic minerals. However there is need to ammend the regulatory provisions to attract investors with latest technology for exploration & subsequent process of mineral beneficiation & metallurgy.
