Gave 30,000 coconuts in just 4 hours! Yesterday for Pooja celebration, we need to provide 30k coconuts to Coimbatore’s largest fruits and vegetables market. Even though it is off season, we procured 30k coconuts from five farms. When it is season time, we will procure atleast 50k coconuts from each farm. Those 30k coconuts was separated into three lots and distributed to three key players in - Ukkadam TK market - Gandhipuram market - Sai Baba Colony market. Last year we gave nearly 1 lakhs of coconuts for this festivals. But now last month there was a huge price fluctuations. Due to this the demand was decreased. Distribution team is more important than demand and supply! P.s - It suits for all products! #coconut #demand #supply

#DosaKing #FromRagsToRiches: This hashtag implies a journey from poverty or humble beginnings to wealth or great success. #DosaKing: This specific hashtag refers to Jayaram Banan's unique position as a leading figure in the Indian dosa industry. #NeverGiveUp: This hashtag symbolizes the importance of perseverance and determination in the face of challenges. #IndianEntrepreneur: This hashtag highlights Banan's status as a successful entrepreneur from India. #Inspiration: This hashtag suggests that Banan's story is a source of motivation or encouragement for others.
From Rs 18 a Month to Rs 300 Crore: The Remarkable Journey of Dosa King Jayaram Banan Banan’s story began with a humble job washing dishes in a Mumbai canteen for a meager Rs 18 per month. Fast forward to today, and he’s the mastermind behind the Sagar Ratna restaurant chain, which boasts an annual turnover of Rs 300 crore. Growing up as one of seven children in a troubled household, Banan faced the wrath of a father who would punish him harshly, even going so far as to put chili powder in his eyes for failing in school. At just 13, Banan made a bold decision — he took some money from his father's wallet and ran away from home, boarding a bus to Mumbai. His journey could have taken a different turn, but a chance encounter with a fellow villager from Udupi led him to his first job at the Hindustan Organic Chemicals (HOC) canteen in Navi Mumbai. It was here, earning just Rs 18 a month, that he began his lifelong love affair with food. As Udupi natives introduced the now-iconic masala dosa to Mumbai, Banan saw an opportunity. “They brought dosas to Mumbai, eventually making masala dosa India’s No. 1 dish,” he recalls. In 2001, he expanded his vision, opening Swagath, a restaurant known for its authentic seafood. Today, Banan’s empire includes 90 outlets across North India, including Sagar Ratna, Swagath, and Shraman, with the business clocking an impressive 20-25% profit every year. From washing dishes to becoming the Dosa King, Jayaram Banan's story is a testament to resilience, hard work, and the pursuit of passion. #inspiringstory #sagarratna #growth

Besan (also called Gramflour) is made from ground chickpeas and is commonly used in Indian cuisine. It is used in many cooking applications. Generally, there are 3 major varieties of besan used in India, based on the end products to be prepared. We #lngafpl have the capacity and capabilities to manufacture all three kinds of Besan varieties. The scientific differentiation of besan (gram flour) in a lab based on quality involves analyzing its physical, chemical, and functional properties. Here are the top five major points: ⚠ Protein Content: Higher-quality besan typically has a higher protein content, indicating better nutritional value and functional properties like water absorption and binding. ⚠ Ash Content: The ash content reflects the mineral composition and indicates the purity of the flour. High ash content in lower-quality besan suggests the presence of impurities or bran. ⚠ Particle Size and Texture: The fineness or coarseness of besan affects its functional use. Premium-quality besan has a consistent, fine texture, while lower grades may contain uneven particle sizes or coarser granules. ⚠ Moisture Content: The moisture level is critical for shelf life and usability. High-quality besan has controlled moisture levels (usually below 12%), while higher moisture can lead to microbial growth and reduced quality. ⚠ Colour and Purity: The colour of besan is a key quality parameter. Premium-quality besan is bright yellow with no discolouration, while lower-quality variants may appear dull or have impurities, indicating less refined production methods. #BesanQuality #GramFlourScience #FoodTesting #QualityStandards #FoodAnalysis #NutritionMatters #LabTesting #IngredientQuality #FoodManufacturing #HealthyIngredients #PurityFirst #FoodSafety #GramFlourInsights #FoodResearch #BetterWithBesan #lngoenka
