If you're an ecom brand I've got some harsh truths for you today... 1. You can't spend your way to success. Ads are essential for growth but if the fundamentals aren't there you'll always be chasing acquisition. 2. Discounts drive revenue, not growth. they feel like a quick win but discounts don't build a successful business. You won't make much money and customers will come to expect discounts in future. 3. Without customers, you have no retention. I love email and retention... but if you can't acquire customers you can't drive repeat business. Go back to basics. Understand what your customers need what their questions are their concerns their desired outcomes and build your website around that.
