Bhola Engineers Private Limited’s Post

When it comes to LNG service, it is imperative to select cryogenic ball valves of the double-isolation-bleed (DIB) type 1 or type 2. These valves are specifically designed to meet the demands of cryogenic applications. Liquid nitrogen cryogenic treatment is an integral component of the manufacturing process for cryogenic ball valves. To ensure optimal sealing performance of the packing box and the smooth operation of the #ballvalves, extended bonnets and drip trays are employed in our designs. In order to better understand the sealing structure of the valve seat, we at #BholaEngineers analyze the characteristics and sealing principles of both the single piston effect seat and the double piston effect seat. The differing sealing directions can be attributed to the distinct structural characteristics of the seal between the valve seat and the valve body. The key performance indicator for #cryogenicballvalves lies in their sealing performance at low temperatures. To ensure this, we subject our #valves to rigorous low temperature simulation tests. Additionally, the type testing of our valves is certified by authoritative organizations, further guaranteeing their reliability and quality.
