Your weight loss progress can grind to a halt with 2 or 3 giant restaurant meals each week. A big meal with sides and soda pop can run 2k+ calories. (Not even assuming you’re going to drink alcohol and have dessert) Pair that with what you eat for the rest of the day, and you’re looking at 4k calories 2-3 days per week. Even if you are 1,800 calories the other 4 days, you’re still going to average 2,750 calorie per day. Unless you’re hitting 10k+ steps per day, you’re not going to be anywhere close to a calorie deficit.
