So there are some points which I m sharing with you. 1) First you need to know why u r persuing or should to persui MBA . 2) MBA is not like other courses where u have to study only, it's a journey of self development like personality, skills, communication, engagements, representation etc. 3) Don't persui MBA just for exam Marks, it's better to go for overall marks like creativity, become instant idea observer and think out of the box. 4) And last but not the least enjoy the whole journey #mba #motivation #assisment #selfactualisation

A Year of Growth: From School Headgirl to College Catalyst 🎓 A year ago, I stepped out of the familiar corridors of Doon Public School, leaving behind a world where structure and guidance were constant companions. The transition to Ramlal Anand College, University of Delhi, has been nothing short of transformative. 💫 School was a nurturing cocoon where our teachers were our guiding stars, illuminating every path ahead. College, on the other hand, is a vast, open sky, challenging us to find our own constellations. It's been a year of self-discovery, of learning to navigate uncharted territories, and of embracing the exhilarating uncertainty that comes with it. 🚀 From the disciplined life of a school representative, I've transitioned into the dynamic world of college societies. Being a part of Enactus, Aaroh, Andaaz, Marg, and the Placement Cell has been an incredible learning experience. Balancing academics with these responsibilities has taught me the importance of time management, teamwork, and leadership. 🤝 Each society has been a microcosm of the real world, offering invaluable opportunities to develop skills that go beyond textbooks. Organizing events, collaborating with diverse teams, and taking ownership of projects have pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me grow immensely. 💪 While the journey has had its ups and downs, I'm grateful for every experience. The Five-day “Nurturing Future Leadership” programme under the aegis of Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MMTTP), Ministry of Education, Government of India, was organized by Indian Institute of Management Kashipur from 15 to 20 December 2024. This programme was designed for teachers/faculty from Central/State Government Institutes to enhance their capabilities and develop leadership skills and pedagogical insights in steering their institution toward achieving the scheme's intended goals. This is the second batch of the MMTTP program and forty participants from different universities/institutions across India attended the program. The programme combined case studies, group exercises, policy inputs, developing insights to understand the issues and challenges, sharing best practices, and exposure to appropriate themes.
