Imposter Syndrome affects all of us at different points in our lives. Starting my first corporate job was daunting. As a recent grad who had never worked in an office environment, I was nervous about how others would perceive me and got in my head about if I was doing good work, or even qualified to be where I was. Dr. Margaret Borowczyk, Dr. Margaret E. Malone, along with other researchers, conducted a Nationwide Survey of Implementation of the Seal of Biliteracy. The report states on page four that in Georgia, there is only one person responsible for coordinating the Seal of Biliteracy, potentially leading to an unsustainable workload. To address this and other issues, we need to launch an awareness campaign and develop training programs targeting all stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and community members, to ensure a widespread understanding of the Seal of Biliteracy initiative and its significance.
