It was a privilege to ideate on the topic of Supply Chain 🔗 vs. Supply Net 🥅 at SEMICON West with Andras. For those who missed the session at the Smart Manufacturing pavilion on July 11th: The criticality of paving pathways to resiliency and reimagining our supply chains is not lost on the hi-tech and electronics industry. Most suppliers who sell into the semiconductor industry, tend to verticalize and silo the sale, without realizing the cascading effect🌊 🌊 of a single chip across the value chain of numerous industries 🚘 ✈ 🚉 . It is not a single customer but an entire eco-system of end-customers that is driving the demand. The semiconductor chip is more than ubiquitous. It is in everything that swims, flies, or runs.
