Since the overturning of the Chevron deference, I personally haven’t seen any statements from the food industry (excluding media) about their interpretation of the ruling. I could have simply missed these (let me know). I think we’re seeing the emergence of an entirely new category of corporate responsibility in the wake of this ruling. Those who have led the way for food safety have an opportunity to further differentiate themselves in a big way.
