Bought off market... I love this home, there is something special about it and its location in Holgate. I also love what we do, no two client journeys are the same. Its common for clients to think they are being difficult or picky, sometimes even a little unsure on their purchasing journeys. We always start by learning clients needs and wants, and setting sail in what is then the right direction. Like the ocean and our weather patterns, it can be unpredictable at times. Its normal for a client journey direction to shift, change, or we learn something new along the way and change course.
