Ah, leadership lessons, much like the perfect cup of coffee, they’re best savored in small sips. One thing I’ve learned is to always take a double shot of humility in the morning—because nothing says ‘leadership’ like admitting you don’t know it all, even when you’re the CEO of your own coffee break. So, grab your favorite mug, pour in some patience, stir in a bit of empathy, and let’s see how well-brewed we can get our leadership skills! ☕️

Great post Bill Here are a few If you don’t know exactly what you want, you will get a lot of everything you don’t want How you do anything is how you do eveything At the end of the day, YOU may just indeed be the only time someone will read the Bible. And one I just noticed yesterday Aspire to Inspire before you Expire In the spirit from learning from one another the Stoneridge cut through may be the best wisdom yet - LOL

"More, better.. then new" This one has been ringing in my head literally everyday Bill Montgomery. A mentor told me this recently.. Start by doing as much as you can in the beginning (most problems can be solved by just doing more of what works in the beginning), then onto refining what is effective and making it better, then, finally trying something new once You've exhausted the other and run the full gamut. So many times I get shiny object syndrome and try new things, when being patient and iterating on what I was already doing would have been a smarter move. Food for thought!
