Are you ready for some football? 🏈 I’ve been a loyal fan of the Miami Dolphins for decades. It all started when Dan Marino led them to the Super Bowl in ‘85. Unfortunately, I don’t think the 40 years of futility since then will end this year. And it’s in large part a capital allocation issue. I like the coach Mike McDaniel, but he can’t overcome the team’s two largest problems: 1. Every year, there are huge talent gaps and we can never seem to fill 2. Tua To elaborate on my issues with the quarterback: 👎 he’s a system quarterback so when the system is disrupted, he looks very ordinary 👎 he’s shown no ability to improvise 👎 A portion of that $54 million a year he’s getting paid could have been used to improve the team I know, I know. If we didn’t have Tua, I don’t know who else we would have, so he’s our QB. But realistically, I don’t see things changing this year in South Florida. Where’s your team headed this season? = = = 📌 We find alpha in markets where the crowd isn’t investing. 📌 Sign up for our commentary & newsletter in our Featured Section.
