Watch this space - Enrique Ramirez to join Fondation Tara Océan from Malaga to Barcelona as Artist in Residence From Tara: Combining photography, video, music and installation, he composes a political and poetic work that questions the meaning of image and its power. A work haunted by the sea, this sea that he traveled extensively with his father, a boat sails manufacturer under the Pinochet dictatorship in Chile. His project on-board Tara, entitled “My time, your time, other times”, is inspired by an intense debate that took place in 1922 between the physicist Einstein and the philosopher Bergson on the question of time. This discussion is a starting point to work on two different ideas: the flow of pollutions at sea and the migration of human beings, with an emphasis on “time”. ⏰

👨🎨Enrique Ramirez is a Chilean artist living in France since 2006.
