Over the past 3 days we held a workshop on computational biomolecular software tools for intermediate to advanced users in Coimbra (Portugal), as part of our Ambassador Program ➡️ bit.ly/3rqbqUE Check out the workshop program ➡️ bit.ly/49dHk83 #GROMACS #HADDOCK #PMX #BioBB #Alphafold2 ✅ The workshop was organized in collaboration with EuroHPC Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC JU) funded National Competence Centres for High Performance Computing of Portugal (EuroCC Portugal), France (CC-FR), Spain (EuroCC_SpainRES) and Ireland (EuroCC_Ireland). ✅ The aim of these workshops and the program as a whole is to establish stronger links with the national computational biomolecular modelling and simulation communities and bring our software tools and training to an increased number of European researchers. ✅ The hybrid (face-to-face and online) workshops are organized based on the needs of the local community and are a combination of lectures and hands-on tutorials with support provided exclusively for those present on location. ✅ If you are interested in this kind of training, look out for our next workshop which will be held 21-22 May 2025 in Bulgaria (official announcement coming soon!).
