BionicHIVE’s Post

Drawing the Future At BionicHIVE, we’re in the drawing business….sort of. We’re in the business of dreaming, designing and drawing how the future of warehouse automation should look like. We envision robots that can roam safely and intelligently throughout any warehouse, picking and replenishing as needed, helping workers be as productive as ever, where they are needed the most. What do you think? How do you envision the warehouse of the future? #technology #automation #robotics #manufacturing #logistics #supplychain #warehousing #future #innovation #science #drawing

The following is an explanation of the movement direction of the parcel palletizing tray: 1) Up and down movement relies on the screw rod of the vertical axis. 2) Forward/backward/left/right movement depends on the moving track (retractability). The steps are ~ a) extend the moving track forward/backward for a certain distance, b) clamp the screw rod (temporarily fixed), c) after the moving track is fixed, the pallet clamping jaw is released, and the wheels under the pallet (The attached motor works) It starts to move forward (backward). After moving in place, the pallet's own clamping jaw~claws the screw rod to fix it. After completion, the moving track clamping jaw is released/retracted.
