So the main challenges that we have within the car team manufacturing are one is finding talent, finding the right talent with the right mindset and the right expertise. That's really one of the main challenges. And as well also dealing with a manual process, it's very reliability and bringing that manual process to an automated process without changing the product or service 6, so that it gives us. It's really the same product with the same efficiency and the same safety profile. So another challenge then has to do with the fact that we treat very sick patients. So we need to ship the medicine to the patient as quickly as possible. We start multiple productions per day and each one of those productions comes with its own challenges, deviations as they are called and we need to close them as quickly as possible before we can release the product to the patient. And so because you start multiple populations per day, you have multiple issues to deal with and just finding the talents. The trained talents to close all these deviations, that is also a major challenge.
