🎉 Reflecting on 2024: Gratitude, Growth, and Lessons Learned 🎉 As we near the end of 2024, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to our customers. Your unwavering support has meant the world to us, especially during what was undoubtedly one of the most challenging transitions in our company’s history: our big move in August. After 24 years in a spacious 16,200 sq. ft. location, downsizing to a 6,800 sq. ft. space required some serious decision-making—and an even more serious purge. Decades of accumulated “stuff” (including products we’d hoped would fly off the shelves but never left their boxes) had to go. It wasn’t just a physical move but also a mental and emotional one. It forced me to confront a powerful truth: holding onto things that no longer serve us only creates clutter and weighs us down. This realization has inspired me to take a similar approach in my own home over the holidays. So, if you happen to drive past my house before the next "throw-anything-you-want-out" garbage pickup, don’t be surprised to see a pile of freebies at the end of the driveway! But back to what truly matters—you, our amazing customers. Your patience, understanding, and loyalty carried us through this year of change. I am incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished and look forward to serving you even better in 2025. Wishing you and your loved ones a Happy and Safe Holiday Season. Here’s to new beginnings, fresh starts, and a clutter-free 2025! 🥂 Thank you for being part of our journey, and see you in the New Year!

Good morning my professional friends and family! Embrace the Power of Reflection and Gratitude This Christmas Week! As we approach the end of the year, Christmas week offers a perfect opportunity for reflection. While it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle of the season, taking a step back to reflect on the progress we’ve made, the challenges we’ve overcome, and the lessons we’ve learned are essential. Gratitude for our journey, both the triumphs and the struggles—creates a sense of purpose and sets the tone for the year ahead. Whether it’s recognizing the growth of your business, the dedication of your team, or the personal milestones you’ve reached, taking time to appreciate what’s been accomplished helps to reaffirm your commitment to the future. As we wrap up the year, let’s focus not just on what we’ve achieved, but on the impact, we’ve made along the way. This holiday season, let gratitude be the foundation for a new year full of opportunities. Let it remind you that no success is too small, and no challenge is too great. Every step forward is a step toward greater fulfillment, and the joy of the season is found in both the journey and the destination. Here’s to a renewed sense of purpose and the courage to tackle whatever comes next in 2025!

Christmas Greetings 2024 Dear partners, dear colleagues, dear friends, may you all use the time of these holidays to breathe in and out slowly and digest another unnormal year. We experience the new normal, which is full of disruptive, unexpected situations that have to be mastered. 2025 will probably not be better, but the more disruption we experience, the more we are prepared. Thanks for your support - all the best to you and see you next year! #Biesterfeld #SupplyChainManagement

As the year draws to a close and the Christmas spirit fills the air, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible journey this year has been. It’s a time to pause, appreciate, and celebrate - not just achievements, but the relationships and moments that truly matter. Christmas is more than a holiday; it’s a mindset. It’s about gratitude for the small wins, kindness that costs nothing, and the joy of giving without expecting anything in return. For entrepreneurs, creators, and dreamers like us, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle. But Christmas reminds us to: - Share our blessings. - Value the people who lift us up. - Dream bigger for the year ahead. Let’s take this time to: - Celebrate the wins, big or small. - Thank the teams, clients, and partners who made this year special. - Recharge and refocus on what truly matters. Wishing you all a holiday season filled with warmth, joy, and endless possibilities. Let’s make 2024 even brighter! What’s one thing you’re most grateful for this Christmas? Share it in the comments below. #ChristmasSpirit #Gratitude #HolidayReflections #Leadership #Community

Happy Thanksgiving! A time to pause and appreciate life's simple joys. Family... The heart of our lives, always there for us. Friends... The ones who lift us up, and stand by us. Team... Our partners who help us grow and reach new heights. Clients... The drive behind our commitment to do our best every day. Vendors... The allies who help us deliver and achieve our goals together. And everything else... The small wins, the tough lessons, and the unexpected opportunities. In our busy day-to-day life, we get lost in numbers and goals. But let’s take a moment to focus on gratitude. → Thank your family for their understanding during late-night calls ↳ They quietly support your business journey behind the scenes → Appreciate your team's effort and commitment ↳ Their skills and ideas help move your business ahead → Value your clients' trust and collaboration ↳ Their needs inspire you to improve and innovate → Thank your vendors for their reliable support ↳ They provide the tools and services that keep things running smoothly → Appreciate your friends for their encouragement ↳ They offer a much-needed boost and remind you to enjoy the ride So today, take a break from the dashboards. Enjoy the moment with loved ones. Your business will thank you for it. PS: What are you most grateful for? #thanksgiving #takeabreak

🍁 Healthcare is a field of purpose—but how often do we pause to appreciate it? As Thanksgiving week unfolds, I’ve been thinking about what it means to give thanks in an industry where the stakes are so high. 👉 We thank the teams who show up every day for patients. 👉 We thank the patients who trust us in their most vulnerable moments. 👉 And we thank the quiet moments where we realize why we do what we do. But here’s a question I’ve been asking myself: What if gratitude wasn’t just something we expressed once a year, but a practice we built into every part of our work? 🩺 In the way we lead with transparency. 🩺 In the way we create systems that center trust and care. 🩺 In the way we remember that quality isn’t just a goal—it’s a promise. This week, I want to challenge us all to reflect on this: What would healthcare look like if we made gratitude part of our daily practice? Next week, I’ll explore how we can lead with purpose, trust, and connection every day, not just during the holidays. But for now, let’s start with today. 👉 What’s one thing you’re grateful for in your work? Share it below—I’d love to hear it.

As we wrap up another year (and a lot of presents), I want to take a moment to wish everyone—colleagues, partners, customers, clients, and yes, even competitors—a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! To our team: Thanks for making work feel less like “work” (most of the time). To our partners and clients: You’ve made this year amazing, and we’re ready to make next year even better. To our competitors: Let’s admit it, we’ve kept each other on our toes—cheers to healthy competition and mutual growth! May 2024 bring you fewer emails, smoother phone calls, coffee that never goes cold and beer that never goes warm. Here’s to growth, success, and maybe even try figuring out how to reply-all less often (plus fewer CC myself, if possible). Cheers to a joyful holiday season and an exciting year ahead! 🥂
